London Underground

We are 10 minutes walk from Clapham Common Underground Station which is served by the Northern Line that serves both the West End and the City. To plan your journey by tube to Clapham Common click here.

London Overground Rail

London Buses

Bus 87 operates a 24 hour service from outside the Guest House to Westminster, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden (Aldwych bus stop). Bus 77 will operates to Waterloo and 452 will take you to Sloane Square, Kensington and Knightsbridge. Click here for more info.

 

Our fantastic transport connections mean that all of London’s attractions are easily accessible. These attractions include Coven Garden, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Westminster are.

If you like shopping then the world famous Oxford Street and High Street Kensington are only a short bus or tube journey away.

There are a number of pubs and restaurants nearby featuring cuisine from across the globe. Chinatown in Soho is brilliant for Chinese food, while Brick Lane is famous for its curry houses.

Bars worth visiting include the sports Cafe in Haymarket, Roadhouse in Covent Garden and the Absolut Ice bar near Oxford Circus.
Football fans can go and watch a number of teams, including Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, while theater-goers have the West End on their doorstep.

London also has a brilliant nightlife and there are a whole host of clubs and late night bars where you can go out and party, from Fabric in Farringdon to Ministry of Sound in Southwark.
